New Helpdesk Software

We are happy to announce that due to our remarkable growth lately, we have setup the Odoo Helpdesk app to handle tracking of all our client requests and questions. Instead of keeping track of individual emails, phone calls, text messages and other contacts it will be much more efficient by asking you to submit them one of two ways.

  1. Go to our website at www.redlabmedia.com and click on Help, check our Knowledgebase for a solution, then if you don't find an answer, Submit a Ticket.
  2. We also have set up an email address ([email protected]) that will automatically open a support ticket.

Client Portal

We are finalizing our conversion to the new version of Odoo software and should have all your accounts consolidated soon between our old version and this new one. If you want to have access to your account online, please request a customer portal login by submitting your request through the Helpdesk system. We are working hard to have this completed by the end of February. It will give you access to invoices with the ability to read, print, and pay them online. Plus, if you have an account you can review all your Helpdesk tickets and Project progress,
