Red Lab Media is migrating to the latest version of Odoo software. The process should be completed by the end of June. Here is the timeline and how it might affect you.
1. Website Cutover-done on 5/28
We have done a refresh of our website after a number of years. Check it out and let us know what you think.
Once we do this, your portal login (if you have one) will no longer be active. Please let us know and we'll send you a link to reset it on the new site.
2. Recurring Subscription Bills-6/1 and 6/2
We have migrated our recurring hosting billing to the new Odoo Subscriptions app, and the June 1st bills will be through this module. Please review your bill if you get one and let us know if there are any issues.
New Features- You will be able to view your plans through our customer portal, make payments, and print invoices. You will also be able to setup recurring payments, too!
3. Online Invoice Payment Availability (old invoices prior to 5/22)- end of June
Any outstanding invoices prior to this weekend will not be available for online payments until we finish the data import process. Please send a check or email us to request a PayPal link if you need it.
